  1. 22% skipped preventive health services
  2. such as a yearly check-up or routine test
  3. 14% skipped a recommended medical test or treatment
  4. 22% did not get a vaccine recommended by a health care professional
  5. 12% couldn't get an appointment with a primary care physician
  6. 6% couldn't get an appointment with an OBGYN
  7. 4% couldn't get an appointment for a health screening/diagnostic test
  8. 45% experienced any of the above
